Tony Schwartz - Partner
Tony Schwartz has over 15 year experience in high tech ventures including starting and operating a computer store (Computer Connection, Bend, OR; 1990-1993), starting and operating an Internet Services Provider (Transport Logic, Portland, OR 1994-1999 – sold to a later publicly traded company), and started an internet commerce company (Global Exchange 2000-2001).
Schwartz oversees all Sales, Marketing, and Project Management functions for SilverStreet Data. He is involved in most aspects of technology feasibility, project quotation, and large contract negotiations.
Ashraf Tadros - Partner
Ashraf Tadros has been in the retail and import jewelry business for over 25 years. He has procured products and services internationally for over 20 years buying from such areas as: Thailand, Mexico, China, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, and India. He operates two retail jewelry stores called SilverStreet that are located in Washington Square Mall, and Clackamas Town Center.
Tadros overseas General Management functions of the company as well as International Business issues that arise through the normal course of business. He overseas corporate finance, legal, and human resources issues.
Jim Jacobson - Board of Advisors
Jim Jacobson, founder of Stafford Technology Group, has been involved in the computer industry for over 25 years. He has held senior management positions with such high-tech giants as Motorola, Microsoft and Intel. As a design engineer, he was one of the developers of the first microprocessor, and holds multiple patents, including some which form a part of every computer made today. In the field of Law, Jacobson is a licensed Intellectual Property Attorney and an accomplished litigator.
Jacobson’s experience and influence spans the fields of Information Technology, Intellectual Property Law, International Law, Corporate Law, Venture Capital, Marketing, and International Business.
Jacobson is an advisor in certain Legal Issues, Corporate Structure, International Finance, and general business growth issues. His vast experience as an Engineer, Venture Capitalist, Litigator, and Entrepeneur makes his a strong advisor for our board.
John Ramig - Legal Counsel
John Ramig is a graduate of Harvard College, where he was a Harvard Scholar and received his A.B., magna cum laude, in 1980. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1984, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Politics. He has engaged in the private practice of law in Washington, DC and Portland, Oregon for nearly 20 years.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Ramig served on the Washington, DC staff of U.S. Senator Mark O. Hatfield and on the White House staff in the Carter Administration’s Office of Public Liaison. He also has served on the staff of Donald Anderson, a member of the British Parliament.
Mr. Ramig is licensed to practice law in Oregon. He possesses expertise in government law (both legislative lobbying and administrative proceedings) at the federal, state and local government levels. In addition, he maintains a general business and corporate practice, including entity formation, acquisition or sale of companies and corporate financings. Mr. Ramig also has expertise in international business transactions, including distribution agreements and manufacturing agreements with Asian suppliers.
