History:
SilverStreet Data, a division of SilverStreet Online Inc. is a company formed by Tony Schwartz and Ashraf Tadros to facilitate cost effective, high quality services for companies seeking: Data Entry, Document Imaging, Survey Processing, and Data Conversion.
In 2002, Schwartz and Tadros decided to combine efforts and expertise and formed SilverStreet Online. This company uses the technology and internet savvy of Schwartz while exploiting the jewelry and import/export expertise of Tadros.
In 2003, the partners realized the trends toward outsourcing of data services and moved forward into creating a division called SilverStreet Data (SSD). This allowed the use of the same infrastructure, office space, personnel, and technology that was operating the Online sales company but allowed an expansion into the data processing marketplace.
Over 2003 and 2004, SSD grew in clients and also off-shore contractors. In 2004, SSD served such clients as the California Republican Party, PGA/LPGA Golf Tournaments, Habitat for Humanity International, Ford Motors, Home Depot, New Voter Project, Young Voter Alliance, Center for Community Change, Stanford University, University of Washington, and many other organizations. SSD processed over 1.5 million voter registration cards in the few months leading up to the 2004 General election.
